Incident Narrative

An employee was working near a conveyor in a recycled pallet shop. When he attempted to grab a piece of broken pallet that was sticking out, his right hand was caught between the roller and the conveyer belt. He suffered one pinched finger and an abrasion on the back of his right hand.
