Incident Narrative
An employee was performing a leak check on an engine cart by introducing air into the cart and spraying to check for leaks. He noticed leaking around the cap. He unlogged the cap, which had a latch on it. When he leaned in to get to the second latch, the pressure pushed the cap off. The cap hit him on the chin, fracturing his jaw and requiring hospitalization.
