Incident Narrative

An employee was in a feedlot pen helping a coworker with a steer that was having problems getting up. The coworker was behind the animal and the employee was at its head, attempting to move it. After he moved the steer's head, the animal tried to get up. As it was trying to stand, the steer swung its head and hit the employee's lower right leg, fracturing his tibia.
