Incident Narrative

An employee was climbing a fixed ladder to go from one roof section to an upper roof section and missed the top rung. The employee fell 14 feet to the lower roof and hit his head. The employee suffered cracked ribs and a lung contusion. The fixed ladder had a cage around it.
