Incident Narrative

An employee was transporting a scaffold section from the hall of a school under construction to a bathroom to begin masonry work. The employee had his hand against the wall as he was waiting to erect the scaffold. Another employee slid a section of the scaffold down to the injured employee. At that point the section slid down and amputated the employee's left pinky fingertip.
