Incident Narrative
While moving equipment (a concrete testing machine) from one building to another via forklift the load became unstable and began to tip off of the forks. An employee attempted to grab the equipment to keep it from falling and his hand was caught between the equipment and a doorframe. He suffered lacerations to his hand and a fracture resulting in hospitalization.
