Incident Narrative
An employee was on the flatbed of a tree transport truck moving hoses. He was grabbing a loose tree bar when he fell backwards off the truck. The tree bar also fell on top of him and struck his abdomen, causing serious internal injuries that required surgery and hospitalization.
