Incident Narrative
An employee was driving a tractor trailer on the highway when she encountered icy road conditions. The tractor trailer made contact with a pole on the side of the road. The employee pulled off of the highway and into a parking lot. She stepped out of the vehicle to check for damage. While outside of the vehicle, she slipped and fell on the ice, breaking two bones in her back.
