Incident Narrative
An employee had just installed a windshield in a vehicle and was putting his tool away. He attempted to use the handle of a scraper to push a plastic clip into the cowl when the handle of the scraper, which had a razor blade attached to it, slipped off and cut his left thumb tendon, requiring surgery.
