Incident Narrative

An employee went to his vehicle in the parking lot to retrieve some items. While walking back to the building, he rolled his right ankle and then stepped forward with his left foot to catch himself. He felt a pop in his ankle and fell to the ground. He was hospitalized for a fractured fibula.
