Incident Narrative

An employee was waiting for a guardrail to be set in place by a fork lift so it could be anchored. After the guardrail was in place, the employee attempted to line up the guardrail with the anchor spots with her foot. The guardrail fell away from her into a post and came back toward her striking her left leg and fracturing the tibia.
