Incident Narrative
An employee was unloading dirt for a bridge construction site. The raised dump bed made contact with an overhead power line. The employee exited the dump truck, placing his feet on the ground, and was shocked resulting in electrical burns to his left hand, left hamstring, all toes and feet.
