Employees were picking up a piece of pipe that was about 5 inches wide and 42 inches in diameter to load it on a trailer when the pipe shifted and struck an employee on the left thigh pinning his leg between the pipe and the trailer. The employee was admitted to the hospital for surgery on his broken left tibia.
