Incident Narrative

An employee was driving a yard spotting truck when the trailer containing empty bottles became unstable, leaned to the right and fell on the right side causing the truck to go up in the air. The employee fell about 8 feet from the truck's cabin to the ground resulting in a head fracture. The employee was admitted to the hospital.
