Incident Narrative
An employee was cleaning a hydraulic tank with a brake parts cleaning solution. The employee sprayed the cleaner on the parts to be cleaned and then dropped a mechanic's droplight to the ground. The bulb then sparked and caused the cleaning solution vapors to ignite, resulting in burns to the employee's face and neck.
