An employee was helping other workers dispose of a small engine that was attached to a pulley and a shaft. The workers were turning the small engine to load it on a pallet jack, and the employee reached between them to help load the engine onto the jack. The pulley then slid down the shaft and smashed his pinky finger, amputating the fingertip.
