Incident Narrative

An employee was stripping/unloading a trailer. There was a deck bar in the trailer towards the top of the vertical tracks. The employee was trying to remove the bar, but it was not coming loose. He then walked under the deck bar towards the front of the trailer and it released striking him on the top of his head, causing a laceration to the top left side of his head.
