Incident Narrative
An employee was helping a coworker move a guide cart. The employee was pulling the cart while the coworker was pushing it. After the cart came over a hump, it had to be pulled and pushed through four metal beams. The cart struck one of the beams, causing it to come to an abrupt stop. The guide shifted, pinching and fracturing the employee's right ring fingertip.
