On August 3, 2016, at approximately 5:30 p.m., while moving from one site on the vessel to another, an employee crawled to the edge of a hatch opening, crawled over the pipe railing, and fell 8 feet into the cargo hold. The employee injured four ribs and suffered a shoulder contusion and a possible bruised lung.
