Incident Narrative
The employee was on a forklift and had lowered the pallet of parts to the ground and shut off the forklift. When the employee got off of the forklift and walked around to the front of the forklift she tripped over the fork and fell to the ground resulting in fractures to both her elbows. She was admitted to the hospital for surgery.
