Incident Narrative
An employee was rinsing down the floors and started to transfer milk into the tanks. The conduit for the milk transfer pump was pulled away from the transfer pump j-box and the employee was shocked, causing him to fall to the ground and hit his head. He suffered a head and backside contusion.
