Incident Narrative

An employee was welding a trailer sub-frame that weighed approximately 850 - 900 lbs. The sub-frame tipped over and struck the employee before hitting the floor. The employee suffered four fractured vertebrae, a right foot fracture and a fractured left shoulder.
