Incident Narrative

The employee was attempting to remove a pin from a tube that is part of a dump truck's lifting mechanism with an air chisel. The pin shot out at him, striking him in the stomach area. The pin is approximately 2 inches in diameter. It did not pierce the skin, but caused bruising/internal injury.
