Incident Narrative

An employee was in the dressing room area pulling carts together to take to the front of the store. As she was backing up with the carts, one of the carts got caught on a stool in the shoe department. She got caught in the shopping cart and fell. She was hospitalized for a fractured right hip that required surgery.
