Incident Narrative
On or about 6/17/16, an employee was performing mechanical check of a belt loader at a terminal. The belt loader was turned on and put on neutral at the time. The belt loader moved and pinned the employee between two pieces of equipment. He sustained a cut on his leg and required knee surgery.
