Incident Narrative
An employee was standing beside a forklift truck, talking to the driver. A second forklift truck backing up in the main aisle ran into a skip pan. The skip pan moved several feet, striking and pinning the employee against the side of the forklift truck. The employee's legs were bruised and swollen.
