Incident Narrative

An employee and a coworker were applying stucco from a scaffold to the exterior of a building. When the employee and his coworker stepped off the scaffold onto a canopy awning, the canopy came off, causing them to fall. The employee suffered a broken left ankle and tailbone, requiring hospitalization.
