Incident Narrative

An employee was washing up equipment located on a flatbed trailer in the wash bay. As the employee was moving around the equipment, the employee started to lose his footing and reached out and put his hand on the equipment. The equipment shifted pinching the employee's left ring finger between the two pieces of equipment. The finger was later amputated below the nail.
