Incident Narrative

On May 4, 2016, at approximately 9:00am, an employee was hospitalized after falling down a set of stairs. The employee, and three other workers, were carrying a metal cabinet down the stairs. The employee slipped on the first step and fell, resulting in 3-4 fractured ribs.
