Incident Narrative

An employee was conducting inventory on stove sets. As he climbed onto returnable crates that were more than 12 feet high, he grabbed onto one of the crate's fold-out doors. The door came unlatched, causing the employee to fall onto the concrete floor. He suffered lacerations, fractured ribs, and a partially collapsed lung.
