Incident Narrative
An employee was making her rounds and slipped and fell on the floor. The employee was admitted to the hospital for treatment. The employee sustained multiple injuries including a bruised left knee, a hairline fracture to the right knee, a displaced fracture to the left rib, a fracture to the left wrist and an impact fracture to the neck and left shoulder.
