Incident Narrative
An employee was assembling a fire-rated door. When the employee removed the shipping clamp on the unit, the door opened and hit him in the chin. He fell backward and when he got up, a large amount of blood was oozing out of his mouth. He was hospitalized with a laceration to the chin/mouth.
