Incident Narrative
An employee was raising a roll of paper up with a hoist so that they could turn the roll of paper to the right position on the ramp. While working on the raised roll of paper, two or three other rolls of paper were prevented from coming down the ramp by an air activated cushion and a rubber chock. Somehow, the rolls of paper became free and started rolling down the ramp. One of the rolls of paper struck the employee and pushed him against the roll of paper he was working on fracturing his pelvis.
