Incident Narrative
An employee was operating a boring mill and measuring a hole that was to be drilled in a cross beam when their sleeve was caught in the drill bit. The force from the boring machine caused the employee to flip over and land on the ground, suffering cracked right ribs, a collapsed right lung, right kidney bleeding, and a rash burn to the arms and neck.
