Incident Narrative
During the cleaning and sanitation of a dough divider, an employee was checking to see if any food particles were left on the machine. He spotted a small piece of bread dough and tried to flick it off with his finger. The tip of his glove was pinched in the machine, which amputated his right middle fingertip.
