Incident Narrative

An employee was on security patrol and helped a driver enter the establishment. He then observed a trash can with a portion of a pallet sticking out of it. The employee attempted to push it farther down into the can. The piece was too long to move, and the employee had several wood splinters enter his hand. He was hospitalized when his injury became infected.
