Incident Narrative
An employee was walking across the roof of a barn carrying a piece of guttering when he stepped backwards onto a skylight. He fell through the skylight into the barn from a height of about 15 feet and landed on metal cattle pens and the concrete floor. The employee suffered broken ribs, a liver laceration, a fractured eye-socket bone, and an arm laceration.
