Incident Narrative
An employee experienced an amputation of the left pinky finger while guiding a rod out of a well. The rod was sticky and grabbed the employee's gloved left hand and spun it counterclockwise resulting in the amputation of the pinky finger and dislocation of the ring and middle fingers.
