Incident Narrative

An employee was hooking a winch cable from a truck to a crane while standing between them. The truck was positioned up hill from the crane. As the employee was connecting the winch line, the truck slid down the icy hill and pinned the employee against the crane. The employee suffered soft tissue damage in the left shoulder.
