Incident Narrative
An employee had just poured concrete on the bridge deck and was using a paving machine to move the concrete when the employee slipped back and fell approximately 10 to 11 feet to the lower roadway from the upper bridge level. The employee hit a metal corrugated pipe and fractured the left knee.
