Incident Narrative

An employee was attempting to put a cat into a temporary holding cage, so that she could clean the cat's main holding cage. As she reached her left hand in to handle the cat, it bit her. The employee received 27 puncture wounds as a result. The employee was hospitalized for further treatment.
