Incident Narrative
Three employees were moving the frame of a trailer to be placed on the bed of the trailer. The employees were guiding the frame, which was suspended from a crane. The injured employee had his finger caught between the frame and the bed of the trailer when the trailer frame was lowered into position, causing an amputation.
