Incident Narrative

A masonry contractor was helping to move a mattress in a home owner's 2nd floor condo. The masonry contractor did not observe that a glassed area had the glass wall removed and he fell through the open area. The employee was taken to hospital for a broken collarbone, three broken ribs and a head injury.
