Incident Narrative
An employee was installing tile flooring on the second floor of a new construction residential townhouse. The employee brought a generator inside the townhouse and left it on the first floor with the front door open, but the door was later closed by the wind. The employee started to feel nauseous and dizzy and eventually lost consciousness. He was hospitalized with carbon monoxide poisoning.
