Incident Narrative
On or about January 6, 2016, an employee was removing roller tables. The employee stacked one table on top of another other table. When the employee turned to retrieve straps to secure the tables for transportation, the top table slid and struck the employee's left leg, breaking the tibia and fibula and requiring surgery.
