On 1/5/2016, at approximately 7:30 p.m., an employee was rinsing out a pump as part of the changeover process. The pump is left on while this is being done. The pump got jammed with sprinkles, so the employee attempted to clear it. His right index fingertip was amputated down to the first knuckle.
