An employee had just finished installing the last of the drip edge flashing on the roof of a two-story 6:12 pitched new house. He unhooked his lanyard from the anchor point in order to go down the ladder. He slipped and fell 20 feet onto the sand resulting in a lower back injury and broken ribs.
