Incident Narrative
An employee was working from a semi-trailer repositioning a load of steel using an overhead crane. The employee lost his balance and accidently pushed the crane's handheld controls which in turn shifted the load of steel and pinched the injured employee's leg between the steel load and the trailer wall. His right leg was broken.
