Incident Narrative

An employee was making a delivery at a restaurant location. Product in back of the semi-trailer shifted and fell against the load-lock. The employee released the load-lock to adjust the product. The product fell onto the employee knocking him to the ground. Product and the load-lock fell onto the employee. The fall was approximately 30 feet from the back of the semi-trailer. The employee sustained a fractured right eardrum and bleeding in the brain.
