Incident Narrative
An employee and a coworker were guiding an electrical cabinet carried by a forklift into a storage unit. They noticed the electrical cabinet was too tall for the storage unit, so they repositioned the electrical cabinet to its side. While moving the repositioned electrical cabinet, a backboard on the pallet broke, allowing the cabinet to fall. The injured employee tried to catch the electrical cabinet, fracturing his right leg.
